Was given an estimated time of 90 minutes around 8:00AM and the tow truck did not arrive until 11:00AM. Unsure if I will use A1 towing again. The gentleman driving the tow truck was very kind and personable. I was very happy once he arrived. I’d rather be given an accurate time frame from the beginning. Pricing seemed high also for a tow of a half mile to the shop with the wait time as well.

Communication is key. My car pick up was for Friday morning at 10:00. I waited until 12:30 before I called back to dispatch. They informed me that they were busy with emergency calls. Fast forward to Monday. I called A1 at 0800 and got my car picked up later that morning. Here dispatch had my phone number wrong by one number. It all worked out.

Had a junk car that I needed to get rid of. They shot me an offer with in minutes and sent someone over to pick it up a couple hours later. Quick and easy. Tow truck driver was very friendly and respectful. Once paper work was done car was gone in about 15 minutes. Car was a real junker so wasn’t offered a lot but fair for the condition of the vehicle! Overall good experience!

Called for a tow said about a hour. Called back 15 minutes later and said we are on our way. Life saver. I appreciate the professionalism. Will call again if I ever need help. Thank you from kitchen solvers allentown.
