Communication is key. My car pick up was for Friday morning at 10:00. I waited until 12:30 before I called back to dispatch. They informed me that they were busy with emergency calls. Fast forward to Monday. I called A1 at 0800 and got my car picked up later that morning. Here dispatch had my phone number wrong by one number. It all worked out.
Answered my phone call promptly and professionally. Gave me an immediate accurate quote, Which was reasonable. Easy scheduling, Exceeded timely arrival. Driver was personable and drove out of his way to come pick up our vehicle to drive it to our preferred mechanic. Would highly recommend and plan on using again if/ when needed! Thank you for making the situation safer By having our vehicle towed to a mechanic with a process, that was simple and efficient.
Michelle the dispatcher made the entire process very easy. I live out of state and could not be there for the tow of my vehicle. Zack the driver was as amazing as Michelle. They both are kind, polite and very professional. They are both a great asset ! Thank you Zack and Michelle.
