I called very early on a Saturday when our A/C died. My call was returned fairly quickly and Richard was at our house by 11:30 that morning! We were hoping to get through the summer before needing to replace our A/C unit, but it made more sense to go ahead and replace rather than put a band-aid on it for a few more months. Richard gave us a quote for a new system and was at our house 4 days later to install it.
