My car was drivable and only needed the buffer done so having it for 12 days is very unreasonable. Fortunately for me, I had the opportunity to borrow a car or else added burden cost of rental car. Our repair was delayed for more than 10 days. They were unapologetic and rude. I don't think they understand how to deal with customers! If it wasn't for geico sending us there we would have never gone to them.
