I didn't have window damage.... 2.5 Star : Customer Service My car was brough in end of February. when I was called to pick it up in MARCH, I was informed that a credit card would incur a 3% fee. This fee was enacted in March. It was not in place when I brought my car in. I was not happy to find this out the day before I was to pick up my car.

They were not communicative and would give vague answers when I asked for updates. They held my car for 3 weeks over a fog light and told ME to call Honda to get the part to arrive faster rather than doing it themselves. 0.5 Star : Customer Service Absolute terrible service. 5 Star : Returned Clean

But the approach to the client but Mike and Johnny make me feel I was being annoying by ask when was the car gonna be ready, I got stuck with a rental for a weekend when I think I didn’t have to.
