I tried calling to get an update on my car but couldn’t reach anyone. (I’m not sure if this was due to the holiday.) Mybcar wasn’t completed until 12/11/24. The receptionist was always friendly and very helpful. The lack of a timely update is the only reason for the 9. 5 Star : Returned Clean
