In September 2014 Keith installed new shades throughout the house. His recommendations were great because I wasn't all that sure what would work best. We then installed hurricane windows which made two of the shades fit improperly. He came today, exactly when he said he would and did a little magic and they fit fine. If you are considering shades definitely call Keith. <br />
Keith is very professional and knows all there is to know about blinds! Very prompt for appointments, he came and measured everything himself and did all installation, as well. Very easy to communicate when I had questions too. Overall, great experience! <br />
It went great, he came when he said he would, he was friendly and courteous, he checked and correct the issue in less than 5 minutes. <br />

Keith was on time for our appointment. Explained what he had to do to repair the vertiglides and did so within a short time period. <br /> Measured for new verticals and installed them within the time frame he gave me. He was "Excellent"! He came today because the Federal Government mandates that they child proof their equipment. There is a piece on top of the blinds that is in place so that if the cord were wrapped around a child's neck it would come apart so that the child wouldn't choke. Mine had come apart so at no charge they came out and put a piece of tape around it. They were very responsive and I would recommend them to anyone.

Keith was what I expected from a service provider, he returned my emails quickly and called on a saturday night to confirm a schedule date, I never felt like I was being pressured and he has a multitude of options for us to choose from, he was very helpful on helping us decide.
