Keith returned my call same day and was able to schedule this small job for the next afternoon. His work is thorough and meticulous, and as he said, repairing these vertical blinds isn't as easy as it looks. I certainly tried to fix them myself without success. He and his assistant arrived on time in a van stocked with supplies and he took care of the problems in short order. <br /> His good reviews are certainly warranted and I will absolutely work with him again. <br />

Keith came out and measured and provided an estimate. The estimate was exactly the same as the invoice. He provided excellent service. He came when he said he was going to come. He did what he said he was going to do and he went above and beyond. He noticed an imperfection that I did not notice. He took care of it.
