Blind Excellence was easy to reach and schedule an appointment in a reasonable time frame. When the technician arrived, he replaced the broken pull cord on the window treatment in a matter of minutes. The cost seemed a bit high for the amount of time the replacement took, but I don't really have any basis of comparison. No complaints with the cord now almost 6 months later. I'd use these guys again. <br />
