RecommendedGood people to work with! Arwood Waste uses them all the time when we need dumpsters in the Richmond market.
I reserved a dumpster with Charlie on 6/29/17 for delivery on 7/5/17. he took my credit card info and promised it between 11AM - 1:00PM. Delivery day came and went... no dumpster and no call from Charlie. I called back and he apologized and promised the dumpster by 10AM the next morning 7/6/17 (today). It is 3:40 PM... STILL NO DUMPSTER AND NO CALL BACK FROM CHARLIE. Very unprofessional and I wasted two days off from work as a result . DO NOT COUNT ON THIS COMPANY, UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL. I wish I could rate them a ZERO.
