We purchased a 20 year old stucco finished home in Black Forest in September 2016 that had not been painted in years, and by all indications, we believe it had the original paint on it. It was faded, the caulking had long since dried up, trim boards had to be replaced, and the stucco had numerous cracks and severe deterioration. Outstanding company! Our house suffered significant damage due to the 2016 summer hail storms in Colorado Springs. Our insurance company authorized repairs to our stucco exterior. I contacted 3 BBB A+-rated companies for estimates. All informed us that it is difficult to match stucco colors due to aging (sun, weather, etc.). Carroll Painting, specifically Peter ******* (the younger) asked us to consider an elastomeric application (rubberized paint) because it does not crack like stucco and is less susceptible to hail damage.... read more

Carroll Painting did a fantastic job on our house. The exterior looks so much better now. The crew that painted was respectful and did whatever we asked. Mr. ******* would not take payment until we were happy with the work and even after we paid insisted that if anything came up that we missed that needed attention they would send someone out as soon as they could. What a great company.

We are so pleased with the recent stucco repair, painting and double deck sand/paint job. Our home looks brand new now ... it is 17 years old and you would never know that. Peter ******* has an awesome crew that worked tirelessly for 5 days to get the job completed. We especially appreciated all of their hard work: Sal, Leo, Jose and Luis. Peter at Carroll Painting really came thru for my mother's house and deck painting. I actually never met him, but he kept me up to date with everything going on as the job progressed. My elderly mother actually had 2 painting companies just walk off the job due to her requests and micro-management. I found Carroll Painting and requested the quote and gave him the OK to move forward. He was patience with my mother and got the job completed beautifully to her and my satisfaction. Carroll Painting just finished painted our wood trim and soffits, our downspouts, and our garage doors. They also coated our stucco with ********** to waterproof it. They were neat and cleaned up when finished. They also left us touch up paint for each type of paint they used (and used high quality Sherwin Williams paints exclusively). The painting crew worked hard and were very responsive to our suggestions. They also got the project done quickly to minimize our inconvenience.
