0 Star : My Experience Had to fix the roof liner in my driveway. all the exterior black plastics are covered in white dots that don’t wash off easy. Hope it’s not overspray. Interior of car is filthy. Whoever attempted to wipe down the interior scratched all the black plastic. Not Satisfied.

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality Very bad experience at the end , car was repaired good , but additional payment ( deductible)500 + tax i paid on phone and that credit card was hacked/ sold to fraudulent person and is continously being charged , i called from ctedit fraud department , so it is a matter of great concern that quality of service you guys provide and sell credit card for fraudulent activity? 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Never experienced anything in 30 years of getting a vehicle repaired. First finding out a body shop doesn’t accept insurance company. Then waiting over 2 months for parts and then picking up vehicle and doesn’t even shift. Service in this country is over. 5 Star : Customer Service I know it’s not body shop fault in getting parts they are dealing with the same issues everyone else that is in the service repair business 5 Star : Returned Clean
