0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality Very bad experience at the end , car was repaired good , but additional payment ( deductible)500 + tax i paid on phone and that credit card was hacked/ sold to fraudulent person and is continously being charged , i called from ctedit fraud department , so it is a matter of great concern that quality of service you guys provide and sell credit card for fraudulent activity? 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Never experienced anything in 30 years of getting a vehicle repaired. First finding out a body shop doesn’t accept insurance company. Then waiting over 2 months for parts and then picking up vehicle and doesn’t even shift. Service in this country is over. 5 Star : Customer Service I know it’s not body shop fault in getting parts they are dealing with the same issues everyone else that is in the service repair business 5 Star : Returned Clean

No one call after the fact to let me know, my car was damaged 3 days gone by no one call? I was calling to find out if my car was done then he gave me the bad news.
