Rudy is the best! He showed up on time and carefully diagnosed my leaking kitchen pipe problem. In order to fix the issue, he carefully cut the drywall in such a way as to make its repair easy. Next, he located exactly where the pipe had rotted-out and gave me a quote to replace about 1 foot section of curved pipe that included en elbow and drain fitting. Rudy responded quickly and scheduled a visit even though it was a holiday weekend. He then called again to let me know he was running late -- as he was finishing up another job. I appreciated the call. Once he arrived, he found the problem quickly, and explained the difficulty in fixing it because of how the pipe was installed when the house was built. Once we decided to move forward, his work was quick -- clean -- and done well. I'd both recommend him -- and will use him again for plumbing issues.
