This company was very prompt and came right away. I called on a Sunday night around 11:00 p.m and a service man was at my door at approximately 11:45 p.m. I really needed them right away because when you used the sink it was backing up into the tub. I was afraid the same thing would happen when you flushed the toilet so I didn't want to take any chances, I needed service right away and they were there immediately. Thank you. Good service. Very expensive for only 5 minutes. But they got the job done.
Work was accomplished in a brief amount of time. Very expensive for such a minor problem.
THEY ARE DISHONEST. GAVE A QUOTE AND THEN CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $100 FOR THE JOB. NEVER SAID IN THE QUOTE THAT THERE COULD BE ADDITIONAL COSTS. WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Other then they came 5 hours late the trouble was fixed.
