Rob was very pleasant & professional. My sewer backed up so I called his answering service at 9:30 at night & he got back to me within a few minutes. They came & in about 20 minutes the problem was solved. He was neat & efficient. His price is reasonable. I would highly recommend & use them again (hopefully I won't need to call him back).

It was thanksgiving eve around 4:30 and Bob from Draino said no problem - His guy Pete will be there in 20 minutes. Pete was there, took care of the problem. Courteous and efficient. Best Service ever!!! This company is putting fairness and honesty back into the plumbing business.

Contacted them to clean out slow bathtub and sink drain on second floor. Their rate was fair and more competitive than other bidder. Professional , prompt and clean. Would use them again.
