I dealt with Connie and Jimmy in the vehicle pick up department in Medford, NY 631-500-5373 and I cannot overemphasize what a wonderful, professional, seamless experience we had with the pick up of a junk vehicle which was located in Queens, NYC. The tow truck driver John was also a very nice guy! These people renew your faith in mankind and I give thanks for them especially during this holiday season. What an absolute pleasure!

All of your staff are very kind and courteous. My only gripe is the condition of the cement. It needs to be kept cleaner. In the past, I have had 5 flat tires after dropping off recyclables on Saturday morning. I now have a brand new vehicle with large very expensive tires, and I seriously thought about going to your competitor with my recyclables because their grounds are usually better kept.
