Excellent experience. I spoke with John and he came to pick up the car within 24 hours. There was great communication and they were very prompt. It was cold and damp and he called ahead to give me advance notice before he came. John and his coworkers were experts in getting the car ready and on the flat bed. Gave me confidence that my old car would be taken care of. I had the car for a long time, so much sentimental value, it was out at ease by their expertise. Definitely would recommend them.

I’ve been going to the Medford facility since they opened and I’ve always been given the best prices and have received professional service every visit. I also use the Riverhead location and have to say the same. From the workers on the scale to the women at the window there is no other place I would go.
