It was a wonderful experience to have chosen Good Contact Electric and specifically with Dmytro Obukh. An appointment was scheduled immediately. Dmytro found my home even if I texted him the wrong house number. The Inspector I hired stated that some outlets are not grounded so I was anxious to fix this to prevent a fire or an explosion. Dmytro helped connect a generator transfer switch to my electric panel. He was friendly, thorough, and tidy. I felt like he treated the project as if he was installing it in his own home. Highly recommend!
We experienced a power outage in one section of our house. Dmytro came out the very next day to diagnose the issue and restore the electricity. The following day, he returned with the necessary parts to repair and replace our faulty lamppost. His professionalism and kindness stood out throughout the process. Dmytro is great. We were told by another contractor before that we needed to replace the breaker panel because it‘s old, but when Dmytro came to check it, he told us that our breaker panel was working well and stable, and did not need to be replaced, only to be maintained properly. This helped us save a lot of time and energy. Dmytro is very professional and considers the users' needs, rather than just trying to make money out of it
