Excellent experience working with Granite Top Inc at Kent WA. Even though i showed up towards closing time, the staff and the marketing team (Zula) was very helpful. They proposed me the quartz exactly matching my price range, quality and style. Once measured, their staff did excellent job installing countertops for my Gazebo. Great job and excellent customer service by Zula and team.

I had a great experience with Top Granite company - definitely a 5-star service! They really helped me design an unusual-shaped vanity countertop. I came in without a clear idea of what I wanted, and Zula, the owner, personally guided me through the different types of stone and explained the pros and cons of each option. She took her time with me and never made me feel rushed. I left feeling excited about my project. The Granite Top team did an excellent job from start to finish. My countertops look amazing! They communicate well and are very friendly. My granite has a lot of movement and the layout they came up with was fantastic! The crew showed up right on time, were efficient and cleaned up after the job. Now I'm having them fabricate and install backsplash in my bathroom.

Rude company, racist behavior. I do not recommend working with these people. The owner and the sales people in the office will not talk to you based on the color of your skin. My husband and I were there, and they were really rude. They have a limited number of colors on display, 2-3 stone brands with outdated colors. We will be taking our business elsewhere, but it just surprises me that the owner is promoting such a hateful culture in her company. I'm finishing up a remodel of my kitchen and two bathrooms and really wanted quartz countertops, but didn't think I could afford them. After looking at solid surfaces and finding that the nice ones were more expensive than I thought, I got some quotes for quartz.
