I had a great experience working with and purchasing from GW Trailers. I had 3 Diamond C dealers equidistant to me and I reached out to all of them. I chose to work with this dealer because of the quality of service I received while inquiring about their inventory. Very well run business with excellent customer service. Billy, Camron, and Myrtle were all great to work with. They went above and beyond and I really love my new trailer.
This business has been the best customer service! We purchased 2 trailers & 4 dumpsters. They did some warranty work for me and got what I needed to keep my business going. That’s important when you want to keep your customers happy. Myrtle is the best to deal with and easy going. She is definitely the reason I keep returning and will be a life time customer!!
Finally my trailer arrived, GW Trailer really got put to work with me. ( I am pretty tough to deal with) However despite all that they really did an excellent job. They provided me exactly what I needed. Upon receiving my new trailer I noticed an issue with my trailer brakes, they worked to resolve the issue same day, even called in their mechanic on an off day.
