Called Thursday afternoon with an AC wiring/thermostat issue; Christopher arrived before 8:30 AM Friday (after a call 20 minutes earlier telling me he was on his way). Quickly got to the problem and had it fixed in no time. Excellent, efficient, cleaned up the limited mess and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Last week, I had a brand new Trane HVAC system and new Hot Water Tank installed in my home. My first contact with Air Care was Tom Comandini. He responded to my initial request for a proposal within hours of my request and suggested a meeting the following morning so he could conduct a site assessment and verify spec's. Air Care was fantastic- we had an issue in one of our bedrooms where there was no proper heating/cooling coming through our HVAC system. The team at Air Care quickly diagnosed and proposed a fast, efficient and cost effective solution. A total A+ operation. From my first call to the office, a service call on a Saturday by Tom within an hour, installed a temporary window unit to survive a HOT weekend, a new Trane condenser installed in 2 days as promised. This staff is efficient, professional and worth every $. These factors all add up to a happy customer experience.
