What service! We made an emergency call because of a leak in our basement and Ronda got us a wonderful tech right away. He had the problem solved in less than 2 hours and on a Saturday afternoon! Highly recommend Air Care. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
The Air Care team installed a new boiler system at my house and they did an excellent job! The team members were highly professional and worked hard to get my new unit up & running in a timely and well done manner. They also helped me out with a small gas leak in my water heater. They came to my house right away and fixed the leaking valve within an hour of my calling. I appreciated that help very much !!
Called Thursday afternoon with an AC wiring/thermostat issue; Christopher arrived before 8:30 AM Friday (after a call 20 minutes earlier telling me he was on his way). Quickly got to the problem and had it fixed in no time. Excellent, efficient, cleaned up the limited mess and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
Last week, I had a brand new Trane HVAC system and new Hot Water Tank installed in my home. My first contact with Air Care was Tom Comandini. He responded to my initial request for a proposal within hours of my request and suggested a meeting the following morning so he could conduct a site assessment and verify spec's. Have been using Air Care services for over 20 years. Great service and timely response. Just recently had our air conditioner fixed. The serviceman Ray is a fantastic technician. Diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly.
