Brian is an absolute expert - he knows the telltale signs of presence and movement of rodents and bugs in the house - so he is able to very efficiently guide, manage and advise the client as what to do. He is a great professional: knowledgeable and courteous and effective! Nick is a smart young man who is eager to learn from his mentor, Brian. He is very courteous as well. We have used Humprey’s for 22 years. Always happy with their through service and prompt attention. It’s been great to have the consistency of inspectors like Brian who really care & know the problem areas to look for in our house.
