Just passed my road test Phil is a phenomenal instructor very patient and informative and makes things simple doesn’t complicate things the skills he taught me instilled so much confidence I knew I was going to pass the more I drove with him. Highly recommended you want your license ask for Phil he’s he’s the truth.

This review is for driving instructor PHIL! I had an amazing experience with my driving instructor Phil! I have gone through many instructors, taken my test TWICE and failed prior to him. Phil has by far been the absolute best instructor!! i passed my test today and i wouldn’t have gotten it without him !!. he helped me so much and i improved in a short amount of time he has pushed me to do better even when i made mistakes & here i am today passing on my first try i am so grateful to him he is the best ! book phil !!! best in brooklyn!

I was recommended to this school by a friend of mine that also received her license after doing classes with Phillip Hall. My 18 year old son wanted to drive and I needed him to learn the right way! Phil was an awesome, patient and very knowledgeable instructor throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!! Please ask for him specifically, you won’t regret it. Thanks again, Phil!
