The attorney's there are nice except for a few like the one that helped me,. She was rude and screamed at me for wanting to get answers on why they took 2 years for such a low offer that didn't even include pain and suffering in the settlement offer . She told me if I didn't like it I could go find another attorney and hung up on me.. so un professional it's not funny. I don't recomend this firm to anyone. First they come to my house introduce himself Promise to take it all the way to Supreme Court and then nothing nobody knows nothing and then when I find out something they went after the wrong person And so nobody knows who's managing my case nobody returns any phone calls whatsoever so much for going to Supreme Court mark hammer Completely let me down
Horrible communication. The rep for my consultation, completely forgot our apt. Time of apt came, and I had to reach out to ask where he was. Stuff can come up, but to make me reach out at the time the meeting was supposed to be..? After accepting the offer from insurance, I had some questions about the paperwork I received. I called and left a voicemail to my rep, stating I had questions please call me with my name and number, and never got a call back. I guess once they get their money, they don't care. Didn't fight for the settlement they assured us of, we understood why when this lawyer received more money than the injured party. Spoke to the assistant rarely and Maybe twice with our actual lawyer, we were easy money for them. Do NOT recommend Mark Hammer and assoc.
