I was in a major accident had facial reconstruction wasn't my fault it was t-boned and this law firm told me that they were litigate my case and after a year and a half someone calls me and tells me that they have $30,000 for me and I was told never to accept the first offer and I told this to the person I talked to they told me that there is no other offer and I'm lucky that I was going to get that so I accepted and signed and I believe they got me under duress this law office is a joke they do not communicate all they will... read more
Horrible communication. The rep for my consultation, completely forgot our apt. Time of apt came, and I had to reach out to ask where he was. Stuff can come up, but to make me reach out at the time the meeting was supposed to be..? After accepting the offer from insurance, I had some questions about the paperwork I received. I called and left a voicemail to my rep, stating I had questions please call me with my name and number, and never got a call back. I guess once they get their money, they don't care. Didn't fight for the settlement they assured us of, we understood why when this lawyer received more money than the injured party. Spoke to the assistant rarely and Maybe twice with our actual lawyer, we were easy money for them. Do NOT recommend Mark Hammer and assoc.
Don't even deserve a Single star. Anyhow. I'm sure they get a lot of Latino/Hispanics come thru these doors thinking these fellow pple have your back. They don't... They wanna intimate and belittle. Especially women!! My dad's the one that hired them, even had one of these pple come to our home ( the morality they lack) ... After months...
