Can I tell you I randomly chose this company to pick up.my car. The Young lady Sharon on the phone was a complete professional. Because I was unsure what to do and calling her back and forth she talked to me each time by calling me by my name as If it was the very first time she spoke to me. She never wavered in professionalism.. okokok so they tow truck driver comes a very long distance might I add and the first thing he does when he sees me is smile and say hello. My experience was so much smoother than expected. Sharon was very professional, calling me before and after to make sure all went well. Carlton the tow driver also was courteous taking off the plates for me etc. and paying me the money for my car with NO hassle..
