Steven patiently walked me through (on the phone) all the steps needed to get our Fujitsu ductless a/c and heating unit working again. We had been advised by another HVAC company to replace our unit, which would have cost thousands. I truly appreciate his knowledge and technical expertise! I will be calling him with any future issues that arise.

I was so worried that I was going to have to buy a new boiler that when he pulled out a wire and said this piece is done and it will take me a few minutes to change it .. literally it felt like 5 minutes and he tapped a yellow switch and I saw fire .. I was speachless and thankful and I knew tonight I was going to sleep warm and comfy and even through a pandemic .. everything was right in the world .. Thank you guys sooooooo much .. you're awesome!

I was very satisfied on the work done to our boiler. We had no hot water on a Tuesday afternoon. The next morning 8:55am they arrived ready to work and have the job complete in the afternoon. They also give you different options what would work best for you. My dad has owned several homes and will always depend on Olympia Oil for all its work. Now as a 1st. Home owner I trust my dad's recommendation and I'm very happy.
