From the office staff Anna, Donna and Billy who were very professional and helpful in arranging our appointment and addressing our concerns. You couldn’t ask for a better experience. Steve, the technician, came out the night I called and took great care to get to the bottom of the problem I was having with my air conditioner. He start from the beginning and didn’t go right to the quick (expensive) fix. After two visits which were required to get to the bottom of my problem he lied out all the options that I had and at no time pressured me to do one over the other. This is rare and very appreciated. My experience with Olympia was an excellent one. there was an immediate response to my call. Steven Nathanail a very knowledgeable technician detected the problem with my air conditioning unit and within a day he and his nephew returned and installed a new unit. Steven did an excellent work fixing my Fujitsu system. He undoubtedly is a very experienced and knowledgeable professional, and also is a very pleasant person to deal with.
