Arrived promptly. Tony & Joe were extremely personable, knowledgeable & courteous. Ensured that the problem was completely corrected. Offered to put me on a maintenance plan that will save me time and money in the future. We have other issues that need to be addressed...and will be calling in the near future.

I just had a service by Joe M and Chris. These guys were excellent. They did a clean, efficient job. They treat their customers with respect. This company makes you forget that this is an ugly problem. They take a professional approach and are very clean. They put covers on their shoes when they enter your home. They also take the time to show and tell you the problem and tell you what to expect. This is my go to company for problems of this type.

I had a significant sewer problem for which I used Roto Rooter before. My first contact with PowerFlor was what it should be. They were courteous and efficient. They scheduled a technician to come to the house the same day since it was not an emergency. Rob the technician arrived promptly, was courteous, friendly, and knowledgable about my sewer problem when I showed him the problem. He got right to it and worked until the problem was solved. Thought my drain was backing up again. Turned out to be heavy rain fall causing it to drain slower. Powerflo sent Joe and Nick out and they checked everything out and assured me drain was draining properly. They were super nice, professional and competent. Joe also identified a potential issue with my slop sink drain pipe.I Love this company and their employees. They are the best.

Fantastic service. I had a sewer backup on Labor Day. The techs were wonderful and Cleared the roots causing the problem. They charged their regular rate to work on a holiday. And also their dispatch person was lovely to deal with. Very calm, professional and assured Me the techs would arrive and fix issue. Highly recommend this company!

I called them at about 7 pm and was surprised that they would be able to fix the problem within the hour. They came when they said they would and immediately fixed the problem. Excellent service and the person they sent explained everything.
