When I called for service I didn't have to wait long. The technician was polite, very informative & got the job done. Very efficient, got the problem solved diligently.
We called to fix a clogged kitchen sink The technician blamed the garbage disposal! We just hired another plumber that snaked the line and the kitchen sink is working perfectly now and no longer clogged ! He also looked at the at the garbage disposal and there is nothing wrong with it!
Ed returned again after a week he had fixed my problem. I liked that he apologized that my problem returned. I said Ed shit happens. He laughed. I was glad he returned, as he knew the whole problem. Well he fixed it again and I’m happy. Thank you Ed!

DO NOT EVER CALL OR USE THESE PEOPLE AND MAKE SURE HOME SERVE ASSIGNS SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU CAN FOR YOUR ISSUE . Even home serve said they should have called them before this amateur did what he did . I don’t know much about plumbing but had a leak coming from my standing shower but it was A very small leak from a specific area.
