Problem with clogged toilet developed in late afternoon. And was still able to get the same day service early that evening. technician arrived within the estimated time of service . technician inspected toilet, and found the problem before bringing equipment into the house. After discovering the problem, technician returned with auger and had drain cleared in 10 minutes.. technician did multiple test flushes to make sure drain was properly cleared .
