Wonderful! I have two sons, my oldest son passed away in 2020 when he was 3. We chose cremation & my husband and I got urn necklaces filled. We still don’t know how but my younger son (who is now 3) flushed my husbands black urn necklace down the toilet. We had another plumbing service here yesterday for almost 5 hours & found nothing. We had powerflo come today to try again as a last effort. They found it!! Within 20-30 minutes they had the urn necklace out and cleaned! Powerflo Sewer Service came to my house within one hr. after calling them-had clogged sewer and nasty, flooded bathroom. Luke, a very nice fellow, promptly diagnosed and fixed the clogged sewer. Very quickly and efficiently done. Price was reasonable and you get a written warranty. Will always be using them, should the need arise. Extremely satisfied and I highly recommend them!!
