The rating is 5 Stars. The technician was Sean. We called for a stopped up utility sink in our downstairs laundry room. The washing machine water would take 2-3 hours to go down the sink drain. In addition, the water from our kitchen sink upstairs was coming up the laundry room sink drain downstairs. Sean arrived one hour earlier than scheduled. I was promised between 6-9pm n worker showed up at 655pm. Love that I didn’t have to wait all night. Worker was friendly n knew exactly what he was doing. Unclog problem in less than half hour. Would definitely recommend.
