Elias stayed with it and figured out what the issue was. Two other companies I hired and paid didn't actually find and fix the problem. Elias is an extremely honest and highly qualified employee!!

I woke up to a cold snowy morning with no heat. Put the word out on thumbtack and within 5 minutes I was on the phone with Curtis. He was at my home within an hour and performed diagnostics to remedy the issue. He even brought a space heater to make sure I was comfortable while he worked! Heat is back on and I am beyond grateful.

We had our furnace stop working during a snow storm. Mike drove through two feet of snow the day after and got it back up and running within half an hour. He also took the time to walk around and educate us while checking other parts of the system to make sure we were in good shape. The thumbtack booking system was great, booked for same day service and got a call within hours!
