S&S Floor Surfacing twice have finished floors for me since I've lived in Colorado. I will not use any other company. Where I lived previously, I experienced nothing but problems with floor surfacing. It was and expensive education on what not to do. It is a profoundly difficult trade to do well: e.g. sanding swirls; finish puddles; uneven stain; sub-par finish materials; damage to walls, trim, etc. Moreover; I finish my floors almost black. The hardest, by far, to get right. With S&S I don't even concern myself that it will be done meticulously. A good barometer of the way the business is run literally and philosophically is most of its employees have been there over 10 years ! In my opinion S&S is the best. Marc Metzgar. Your company did a repair at my residence fixing Denver Carpet and Hardwoods substandard work. Your technician was professional and thorough and did a great job. We have used S&S for more than 30 years, on projects in three different houses. They are absolutely reliable ... we can count on them to show up when they promise and to do the highest quality work. Their prices are very competitive. I like the fact that they often send someone out to check the job when it's finished, to make sure that we're happy. The floors are always gorgeous. We would highly recommend them for your next hardwood flooring project.

Eric did a great job for us replacing the water damaged floor in our powder room. I had removed the old floor and baseboard to let the subfloor to dry 5 weeks prior to the install. Eric was always on time and his work was outstanding. He explained what he was doing and was pleasant to around. The only complaint we had was the wait from the estimate and to the install (5 1/2 weeks). GREAT JOB ERIC!!!
