I made an appointment for the morning. I waited for the assigned length of time. No one showed. When I called I was first told they were running behind. Then after some complaining she admitted if she knew I had an appointment Oppps so someone did not plan for the day’s assignments. I was the unfortunate customer who wasted my time which is as valuable as theirs. Shame on me because this has happened twice with this company. I am disappointed

Totally unreliable. I was quaranteed a job would be done by a deadline. I called 4 separate times and each time was told no problem the inspection would be done and the papers filed by the deadline. Well this never happened, As it turned out another licensed master plumber did the inspectiom, filed the paper and chatged be only $400. 00 as opposed to $850.00 that Senid was going to charge, Disgraceful!

I will never use Senid Plumbing again and hope I can find an honest plumber to do my work. I used Senid for many years with trust that wasn't warranted. I mad a mistake and should have gotten other estimates, but I trusted Senid. Their work is usally good, but their charges aren't always warranted and are too high. They sent two plumbers for a one man job and charged me labor for two plumber, as one just watched the other. When you have blind trust for a place that can do good work, then you find out from a few experiences that they took you for a ride, you change your mind. We used Senid Plumbing for year without comparison to others because we thought they did good work at a fair price and that they were honest. Just two incidents & more than we know, have proved us wrong. We had a low pressure shower head, they sent two plumbers, which was double the charge. Horrible, they keep me waiting all day then when it's time for them to come they say oh we never came to you area we have to charge you $153 cash for the guy just to come. you could of told me this at 8am when I spoke with them instead no let's tell him at 3pm. Please get your act the her. Because you guys are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
