I was impressed with how quickly you responded to phone calls, how quickly you sent people out to my apt. There were a few things that I was not pleased with. I had mice for over a month. Within that time 3 different people came to my apartment. Each one did different assessments. There were things that were missed that were blatantly in front of them. I still have roaches in my house , nothing has changed
The extermination was never performed. I was told that the location of the infestation was too high. No one assisted me so I’m picking a random name from the list.
Not only did you all get the spelling of my name wrong and won’t stop texting me for a review but your associate cancelled day of appt and didn’t show to didn’t exterminate anything! Totally useless unreliable company. Would never recommend it to anyone.
