I was impressed with how quickly you responded to phone calls, how quickly you sent people out to my apt. There were a few things that I was not pleased with. I had mice for over a month. Within that time 3 different people came to my apartment. Each one did different assessments. There were things that were missed that were blatantly in front of them.
