4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality New bumper was not completely flushed with trunk. Old worn out clip was used. After returning to explain the issue, Tom was very professional in stating that he will order a new clamp and call me to come back in and have it installed. 1 hours worth of work. Also had to sign paperwork that should have been signed when car was initially picked up days ago.
