4 Star : Likely to Recommend Gordon, the appraiser said that I could keep the old grill and for me to take it off before it arrived at the body shop. I did so and left it inside the back of the vehicle. When I got home from work after picking up the vehicle, I opened the back window and there was no grill. There was no need to go into the back of my vehicle, all the work done was on the front. All I got was I’m sorry and that is unsatisfactory. 5 Star : Repair Quality 5 Star : Customer Service 4 Star : Returned Clean

4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Just need to verify that the ac works as it's too cold to tell. . Also, the cost of towing was $550. Not sure why that is as the police told us the shop that picked up the car was not my choice but it was free. The cost for the tow from the tos yard to amwell auto body was $135 from what I was shown from tow yard.. . 4.5 Star : Customer Service 5 Star : Returned Clean
