They were clear in explaining what was going on and so understanding when I kept calling to check in. I dealt mainly with Jessie and she was simply amazing. I was shaken from a terrible experience at another shop and they completely restored my faith in auto body shops. They also have Bailey (a dog) who is an amazing calming presence. Also, no one shows me the car is fixed. All they care about is getting the paperwork signed. Overall, the customer service was not friendly and a bit cold.
