Working with Caulin was a pleasure from early estimates through project completion. My hail claim was challenging and Caulin helped us get through it. The construction crew was very helpful and listened to my requests on specific ventilation installation details. My house and skylights look and work great. I very much enjoyed working with Ryall. He was always on time, quick to respond, and very attentive. His crew however was messy, left trash, including empty beer cans in our attack after depositing them from our roof through the vent into the attack. They left our hose running water over night on the second night, which I didn’t discover till the next morning. Our entire street had their roofs replaced and most took 1-2 days. So far so good (great). Chrisy advised regarding delivery, delivery on time, crew showed up on time this morning, hard working and professional. Had a few pieces of wood needing replacement, crew identified and replaced. Like I say, so far, great!
We couldn't be happier with Artisan Roofing. We got a 10 year workmanship warranty verses a 5 year the other companies were offering and when the adjuster only approved the downspouts on the north side Artisan replaced the south side at no charge so they'll would match. It is a messy and noisy project but fortunately it only lasted one day. I would highly recommend Artisan Roofing.
We called Artisan Construction Company under very critical time constraints placed on us from the buyers of our home. We needed a full roof replacement and we were at risk of losing our contract on our new home! From the very first phone conversation with Kristy, to the completion of our roof, it was seamless.
