I received an oil furnace tuneup today and the technician mentioned I had a very poor draft efficiency from my chimney and it needed further investigation. After quick call Paul and Ezma arrived at my house in 15 minutes on a rainy day with a ladder and cleaning tools in hand, ready for battle. They quickly discovered a squirrel nest in my chimney and proceeded to remove it expeditiously, while applying a stainless steel cap to prevent future animal infestations at a reasonable price.
