They were great. Came and did a thorough inspection of all the fireplaces and caps, came and cleaned and replaced a cap, they were professional, courteous and left the place clean. I would highly recommend them

B&P did a terrific job rebuilding my chimney a few years ago. last week I called B&P to apply roofing cement to the chimney flashing after I noticed a small water stain in the attic ceiling next to the chimney. I called them up and was scheduled for the repair, they showed up on time and did the repair. I was told there was no charge for the work it was covered under the guarantee. I give B&P 5 stars.its a pleasure dealing with them, from the person that answered the phone to the repair crew. thank you B&P
