Had a huge system to be installed, Cella came out and gave me an estimate. I live in Monmouth county NJ so we needed to have the system engineered . After the plans were completed the project was going to be much larger than Cella or us anticipated! At first we decided we could not afford it but after a conference with Cella Septic they worked out a very generous payment plan to help us complete the work.
