For about 3 weeks now I have called and email to speak with someone about my options. I’m either rushed off the phone or have to send several emails for a response so late simply saying someone will get back to me. I signed a retainer agreement but honestly, how am I expected to feel confident in the service I’m paying for when I can’t even get a call back or an email with an answer in a reasonable time.

Over all everything was wonderful meeting with you and your secretary Lucy Oh whatever she tells you believe it she doesn't mislead.
I thought we’d be getting top notch service because this firm was so expensive. On the contrary, this firm is not half the lawyer my old one was for a third of the price. They are dishonest about fees. They will lie to your face and deny their own invoices. They made a “mistake” and put their fee in my case although I paid them upfront. If the trustee had not sent out a dispersement letter we would never have known. So now they’re just claiming it’s a “mistake”.
