The set up was done in the amount of time that was estimated. The original estimated price was incorrect but communication was good throughout that process. I got the additional materials added without issues. They forgot to remove the old fence but came right back and picked it up quickly and discreetly. I’d definitely go with Family Fence if I decide to replace the other old fence on my property.

I dealt with owner Frank, initially and he was very professional and thorough explaining options. Could not have asked for better customer service and always received a return call. Installers were very neat and thorough and could not be happier. Most importantly they did the job the day I was scheduled, I have had other work done recently any that has not been the case. I would highly recommend using Family Fence to anyone.

Great experience from the start. Stopped in the store and asked for a quote and someone came out that same day! Staff was very professional when taking measurements and installation. Competitive price and great people to work with. I would recommend highly and without reservation.
