Great communication! They kept us updated throughout the entire process. The crew arrived exactly on time, performed the teardown and the install, were courteous and cleaned up everything when they were done.

The guys at Family Fence were wonderful, from start (estimate) to finish. They were on time, polite, installed the railings on my front porch, and were very neat and meticulous with the job they did. I highly recommend Family Fence. My neighbors even complimented the great job they did. It was refreshing to deal with such a good business.

I had some trouble about the Incorporated Village of Massapequa Park insisting that I get a permit for my railing. The representative from your company backed me up when I told them I had three steps.and I did not need a permit.
