I went back to Family Fence after a great first experience. I looked at the railings I was interested in, and received a quick appointment to measure. I needed to have my gate replaced and the 2 posts that the gate attaches to. I had pavers surrounding the posts making removing the old posts a challenge. Family Fence was able to remove the old posts and put in the new posts making it look like they were always there. During the process I also observed that they took their time measuring and leveling meticulously. I am very satisfied with the work Family Fence did and would definitely recommend them.

I had an overall very positive experience. Communication throughout was excellent. I had two aluminum railings installed on my front and back stoops and what a beautiful transformation it made. The crew did an excellent job. Speaking of the crew, they were very polite and easy to talk with. They showed up on time and worked hard throughout. They also paid attention in keeping the surrounding area clean. I highly recommend Family Fence and would use them again.

From the first visit to the installation you were professional. We had a wrought iron railing put on our side entrance stoop to make it easier for my husband to get in and out of the house. It is perfect.
