horrible experience. got a quote a month ago. now discussed it for a half hour with Gladys, which went well. the only outstanding issue was its color. she called back and didn't want to get me a color over phone. i told her I'm flexible. but she didn't want to commit to a color because other customers complained in past. so she told me to drive to their location. when i called back that it's 1 hr 20 mins away from queens, she said that's not true and gave me frank to deal with. he was inpatient and added 2500 extra to the pr... read more
