Monique was the greatest,she was very polite and respectful,and very knowledgeable,their staff can learn a lot from her.

The medical assistant Monique was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel comfortable & at ease. Jacqueline in the lab was also fantastic. They both had great bedside manners and they were very professional. 5 Stars all the way around. First Med has definitely upgraded their talent team. Goldie at the front desk was ok, she wasn’t bad, but she could try to be a bit more pleasant, being that’s the first point of entry. Overall the service I received was excellent. Good job and thank you.

My visit today was great. Ms Monique was so wonderfully sweet and understanding about my concerns and did a wonderful job reassuring me that things would be ok before I saw the doc. I look forward to seeing her when I come back for the follow up.
