Quick and to the point. He also helped me understand how my boiler works and took his time to explain what the issue was and how to tackle it next. This is my first home and he was very patient with me. Any questions I had, he answered it in a way I can understand and memorize for later.
I’ve been with George Haffner for approximately 15 years. While I’ve had issues with my furnace from time to time they have always been quick to take the call and send someone over promptly. The work they have done has been seemingly good. They’ve always showed up when they said that they would. I’m thankful for their service.
Once again Slomin failed me at an importune time and I had to call you guys for a rescue. As usual- quick and to the point.

My boiler was down for about 3 days. I called first thing this morning, got a call back within an hour. They told me he would be here between 11 and 2 showed up at 1 o'clock. Repaired my boiler the repairmans name is Kevin very knowledgeable?\n Worked on the boiler till everything was perfect.\n Well, worth the price\n We'll call them again if I have a problem. Thank you.
