Called to make appointment to pick up my Cadillac, rep was knowledgeable, gave me a price for the car, a few days later I had cash and my car was taken. Everyone that I was in contact with was friendly, and I was always given courtesy calls, day of pick up confirmation, when driver was going to be arriving etc. Very professional I do recommend them. Between the original phone call to set everything up, the tow truck driver picking up my car, and the price Gershaw quoted, I couldn’t be happier. They made the whole experience easy and I didn’t have to do a thing. I recommend Gershow to everyone!
